Cotswold flowers

Beautiful, vibrant freshly picked flowers from my Cotswold country garden

Hello, I’m Fiona Porter, and I use gorgeous, freshly cut wild flowers – grown in my garden on the edge of the Cotswolds – to supply individuals and businesses local to Stroud in Gloucestershire.  With them I  create beautiful artisan bouquets and floral displays of country flowers for weddings, funerals and special occasions.

I love the rich seasonal variety and ever-changing colour palette of my home-grown flowers and foliage, and carefully hand-pick them to create fresh, vibrant and unique floral bouquets, bunches and arrangements.

All my flowers are natural, sustainable and wildlife friendly. They’re also freshly cut and carefully conditioned so they last longer, smell wonderful and have virtually no environmental footprint (unlike most cut flowers which come from abroad).

Visitors are welcome to come and enjoy a few hours in the cutting garden on flower filled workshops, pick your own flowers days and open garden events.  Or learn about cut flower growing on one of my gardening workshops or courses.  Floristry and cut flower growing workshops are all aimed at beginners and novices. No previous experience is necessary just a love of the outdoors, flowers and wildlife and an appetite to learn something new.

“Just wanted to thank you for all your time last night and for sharing your expertise. Your garden is amazing and such an inspiration! I am definitely going to start growing Dahlias as a result of coming along! I would love the chance to bring my mum on one of your open days/evenings, you really have created a magical place.”
